Can I buy products directly from the portal?
Absolutely! Registered customers can browse and order directly from the portal. If you are not registered, please contact us to request access. Keep in mind that registration is granted to existing customers on a case-by-case basis only.
How can I find a product on the portal?
There are two methods for locating spare parts:
- Click on the CATALOG button on the top of the portal, immediately below the Madero Dairy Systems logo. From there, you can navigate the appropriate categories and sub-categories of each system. Finally, refer to the diagram of each section to reference the part you are looking for.
- Use the search bar on the top-right corner to search for keywords or part numbers.
I still can’t find a product on the portal. What else can I do?
The part you are looking for might not be published in the portal yet. However, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
What are the prices listed on the portal?
The prices are MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price).
